In 2013, Clowns Without Borders USA and Clowns Without Borders South Africa toured South Africa as part of the long partnership between the two chapters. They performed 16 shows for 8000 people.

In 2013, Clowns Without Borders USA went to Burma. It was their third year of partnerships with Sweden and France. They offered 7 workshops to 1005 people.
Colombia - 2013CWB USA
In 2013, Clowns Without Borders USA started their fourth year of collaboration with the Colombia based clown groups Cali Clown and Pasos de Payaso. They mostly did workshops and clown trainings, for 300 people in total.

In 2013, Clowns Without Borders USA went to Haiti to do some clown training with youth leaders working for Terre des Hommes, following the actions linked to the 2010 earthquake. They focus on workshops and trainings.

In 2013, Clowns Without Borders USA implemented a project in Texas and Philadelphia. They performed a show for war veterans at a veterans hospital in Texas, and another one for an elderly community near Philadelphia.
