Summary

In 2012, Clowns Without Borders USA went to Indonesia, where the clowns worked with children suffering the effects of extreme poverty in the Jarkata region as well as with children and families still suffering from the 2006 Tsunami. The clowns traveled by boat to the remote island of Mentawai for workshops and shows. Mentawai is one of many island chains that have received minimal support in rebuilding after the Tsunami and yet it is one of the hardest hit regions. They performed 24 shows for 3271 people.
